5 things to look forward to at 35 weeks pregnant:
  1. Your baby’s brain is developing at a rapid rate.
  2. Frequent trips to the loo.
  3. Varicose veins.
  4. Indigestion and heartburn.
  5. Making final plans for the birth of your baby.
How your life will change this week:
Your baby might be pressing on your lungs less these days, but because they are head down your bladder will really be feeling squashed. Odds are, you’ll be needing to pee every few minutes. Whatever you do, don’t cut back on drinking water - it’s important that you and your baby stay hydrated. Avoid coffee (even decaffeinated) as it’s a diuretic and can make you need to urinate more frequently. Doing lots of pelvic floor clenching exercises (also known as Kegel exercises) can strengthen your muscles and improve your body’s holding power.

Your baby will be taking up a lot of space in your abdomen, and your uterus has now grown to right up under your ribs. Your belly button is probably popping right out and you may suffer more from indigestion and heartburn. Try not to eat while reclining or lying down. If you have noticed varicose veins on your legs, they might feel itchy now. They should fade after your baby is born. Just remember that all of these symptoms are so that your baby can be born as healthy and happy as possible. You’re nearly there!

Your baby’s development this week:
Your baby will probably not grow much longer before you give birth but they will continue to put on weight. Your baby is probably around 45cm long this week, and will be weighing about 2.4kg. There isn’t much amniotic fluid left in your womb and it will start to feel pretty snug in there. Your baby won’t have much space to move now and when they wiggle you might feel elbows or feet flexing against your belly.

While your baby is awake their eyes are open, and as your belly is so stretched your baby can sense when it is night and day from the light. They will start developing a daily cycle even while in the womb. Your baby’s fingernails will almost reach the tips of their fingers this week, and their kidneys and liver are now working.

This week’s To Do list:
  • Eat plenty of iron-rich food (dark, leafy greens, eggs, red meat and raisins are all high in iron).
  • Do some more pelvic floor muscle exercises – important for now and for after your baby is born.
  • Think about how you want to announce your baby’s birth.
If you have 5 minutes… Pregnancy top tip.
If you are feeling achy or breathless, try getting down on your hands and knees and breathing deeply. It will take the pressure off your back and may be a calming posture.

My name is Camille bruno Valdez my partner and I have been trying for a baby for over two years now, We were going to a fertility clinic for about 5 months before somebody told us to contact this spell caster who is so powerful, We contacted him at this email; arewaspecialisttemple@outlook.com , for him to help us, then we told him our problem, he told us that we will either conceive in February 2014 or March 2014,but after two years of trying we were at a point where we were willing to try anything. And I'm glad we came to Dr Dahiru, Because his pregnancy spell cast put us at ease, and I honestly believe him, and his gods really helped us as well, I am thankful for all he has done. contact him via email: arewaspecialisttemple@outlook.com if you are trying to get a baby or want your lover back. he has powers to do it, he has done mine,
